Ex-player, now TV pundit Stan Collymore during the Premier League match between AFC Bournemouth and Arsenal FC at Vitality Stadium on November 25, 2018 in Bournemouth, United Kingdom.

Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is not part of the current England squad.

Stan Collymore speaks to media prior to the Premier League match between West Ham United and Arsenal FC at London Stadium on January 12, 2019 in London, United Kingdom.

Stan Collymore has suggested on Twitter that Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is tailor-made for the number 10 role for England.

Grealish, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, is not part of the current England squad.

The There Lions suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of the Czech Republic away from home on Friday evening.

The performance of Gareth Southgate’s side left much to be desired, and there was also a lull in terms of creativity.

Former Villa striker Collymore believes that 24-year-old Grealish is the perfect number 10 for England.

England call-up soon?

Grealish is a very talented and promising attacking midfielder who does have the quality to play for the England national football team.

The 24-year-old has Premier League experience, and if he does well for Villa in the coming weeks and months, then he will get called up to the England set-up.

According to WhoScored, Grealish has scored one goal and provided two assists in eight Premier League appearances for Villa so far this season.
