The Goodison Park ace went to ground with no players around him during the international game but he went on to play the full 90 minutes.
The Goodison Park ace took a while to find his feet in the game, with some fairly wayward deliveries early on, but as the game went on he weighed in with some nice cutbacks for the attackers.
In the final 10 minutes of the game, however, Digne went down off the ball with nobody near him, appearing dazed, but after a quick assessment by the French medical team, he continued playing, and in injury time provided a delivery for a Blaise Matuidi effort.
Digne made no reference to the incident in his tweet and there have been no official updates about it since the game but a number of fans mentioned it:

Olivier Giroud scored the only goal as France claimed the narrow victory in their crunch qualifier in Iceland, slotting home from the penalty spot in the 66th minute of the Group H clash in Reykjavik after Antoine Griezmann had been fouled by Ari Skulason.
France stay second in Group H behind Turkey, with both teams level on 18 points, after Senol Gunes' side beat Albania 1-0, with Digne's Everton teammate Cenk Tosun scoring in the 90th minute.
