Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has been out of sorts over the past year, but is doing everything in his power to get back to top form now.
Spurs midfielder Alli is said to have dropped his commercial activities and hired a nutritionist, as he is so determined to fulfil his potential.
Alli burst on to the scene as a teenager in a Tottenham shirt and became renowned as one of the best goalscoring midfielders in the Premier League.
However, Alli’s form over the past two seasons has slowed, with the 23-year-old missing out on being in the latest England squad.
That may have been a wake-up call for the former MK Dons man, who now seems to be taking measures to ensure that he does not let his form slide too drastically.
And Spurs fans have praised his commitment to getting back to his best.
Fair play to u dele— Char (@Charpercy84) October 8, 2019
Needs a bit of help & guidance and he will be back
I’m actually so impressed if this is true. This exactly what he needs, exactly the head wobble. Probs to Gareth Southgate for having the balls to leave him out of the squad. Dele has suffered with injuries but his off the pitch commercial style is definitely holding him back.— ☀️ sonaldo ☀️ (@SonTwoThree) October 8, 2019

Can people end their agenda now? Hes clearly trying— Liam O’ (@TanguyNdembele) October 8, 2019
On top form he’s our most talented player. Him and Kane are perfect foils for one and other and to suggest at such a young age he should be given up on is crazy!! He’s a kid who’s had injuries and his confidence knocked— djyido77x2 (@JdYido) October 8, 2019

If Tottenham can get Alli performing to his maximum again it would be a major boost to the side.
Alli scored 18 goals in the Premier League during the 2016/17 season, but has failed to reach double figures in either of the last two campaigns.
Alli has made just three starts for Tottenham across all competitions this term, due to injury, and he has only made one substitute appearance in the Premier League.
