According to the Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli is taking drastic action to improve his form with the club after a disappointing start to the season.
Alli, 23, became a star after joining Spurs from MK Dons, as he racked up 46 goals and 41 assists in his first 146 games for the club.
However, the playmaker's form dipped a little last season, as a number of injuries – particularly to his hamstring – have curtailed his impact in recent times.
He has been limited to just 31 minutes of Premier League action this season, and that came against Arsenal at the beginning of last month as he desperately searches for consistency, both in terms of form and fitness.
Now, it's claimed that he's taking drastic measures, starting with hiring his own nutritionist to help his diet, and starting yoga to try and improve his muscle injuries.
Additionally, Alli is allegedly 'frustrated' at the accusations of commercial activities with Hugo Boss, Adidas and Boohoo have impacted his form on the pitch, so he's cutting back those commitments.
Alli appears to be working really hard to recapture his best form again, and being left out of the England squad may well have been the penny dropping for the midfielder.
Mauricio Pochettino has been a huge fan of Alli over the years, and with Spurs struggling right now, he should have every opportunity to claim a spot in Pochettino's side once again.
