Newcastle United fans have loved Matty Longstaff’s latest message, after he scored the winner against Manchester United.
Longstaff was handed his Premier League debut by Newcastle boss Steve Bruce at the weekend, and he seized his opportunity with both hands.
The 19-year-old blasted home from range for Newcastle, as the Magpies picked up their first home league victory of the season.
And Longstaff admits that he doesn’t think things can get any better than they are right now.
The message was greeted with adulation from Newcastle fans, who have a new hero now.

The hope is that Newcastle’s win against United can kick-start their season after a slow opening few weeks.
Bruce’s men have been widely criticised for their performances, but their showing against United was encouraging.
Newcastle are now in 16th place in the Premier League table, with their next match coming against Chelsea.
