Just days after Bolton Wanderers announced his arrival the former Rangers striker, Joe Dodoo, made his debut for the League One side.

Dodoo had his Rangers deal terminated by mutual consent ahead of the summer transfer deadline, having struggled to break into Steven Gerrard's plans at Ibrox.

That allowed the 2016 Rangers recruit to move freely outside of the window and, after weeks of speculation, he is finally a Trotters player.

Dodoo was formally introduced to the Bolton fans on Monday, playing the final 35 minutes as Keith Hill's side held a Blackpool one containing the Ghanaian's former Rangers teammate Ryan Hardie to a 0-0 draw.
