Everton have not been in great form in the Premier League this season.

Everton manager Marco Silva has told The Liverpool Echo that he is not happy with his team’s current form.

Silva has said that he is not happy with Everton’s current position in the Premier League table.

The Toffees are 15th in the league table at the moment with just seven points from as many matches, only two points clear of the relegation zone.

Silva told The Liverpool Echo: “We are not happy when we look at the table.

“We are not happy not winning the last few games because we always play to win. I know one way to improve.. work hard.”

Improvement needed

Everton have a very good team, but results and performances so far this season have been hugely disappointing.

It is imperative that the Toffees get back to the basics and start winning matches by whatever means.

Back in action

Everton will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Burnley away from home at Turf Moor in the Premier League.

The Clarets are not an easy side to play against on their own turf, and the Toffees will have to be at their best to pick up maximum points against Sean Dyche’s team.
