Arsenal and Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Kieran Tierney against Standard Liege.
It was the Scotland international left-back’s only second competitive start for the Gunners following his move from Celtic in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old had been injured, but the youngster is now fully fit and is delivering the goods for Unai Emery’s side.
Tierney provided an assist and was a constant threat down the left-flank, as he defended well and attacked brilliantly.
According to WhoScored, the former Celtic star played four key passes, had a pass accuracy of 93.9%, took 91 touches, attempted two dribbles, made three tackles and two interceptions, and four of his seven crosses were accurate.
Tierney is one of the best young left-backs in Europe, and now that he is available for selection, he will be a star for Arsenal in the Premier League.
The Scotland international will get better and develop his game further in the coming years.
Arsenal and Celtic fans were impressed with the display produced by Tierney and have praised him on Twitter.

What a really good first half, why can we not set up and play this comfortably in the PL? Tierney is so good, thanks Celtic we owe you one. Martinelli is a baller, lethal in front of goal. Torreira at the base dictating thing and Willock again impressive.— MR DT © (@MrDtAFC) October 3, 2019
