Sissoko has grown into a hugely important player for Spurs over the past two seasons, with his presence in midfield vital to Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s game plan.
And Lamela admits that Sissoko is a very hard man to stop once he gets going.
"The most powerful, I would say, is Moussa Sissoko,” he said. “Once he starts running, you can’t stop him.”
Sissoko struggled at Spurs initially, but his improvement has been vast.
The French international is now a well established member of Tottenham’s squad, and he has continued to play an important role so far this season.
When Spurs do have all their midfield options available - including Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso - it is up for debate whether Sissoko will still remain in Pochettino’s first choice line-up.
But he has well and truly proven his worth to Spurs now, and won over his doubters to become massively popular with players and supporters alike.
Sissoko could next in action for Tottenham tomorrow, when they take on Olympiacos.
