Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United have been linked with Fenerbahce’s Kosovan goal-machine Muriqi.

Vedat Muriqi had a rare off-day just days after reports emerged linking the Fenerbahce goal-machine with a January move to Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham or Manchester United.
At 25, Muriqi is the very definition of a late bloomer but he’s certainly making up for lost time right now.
The giant centre-forward got his big break with Fenerbahce after hitting 17 goals for Caykur Rizespor last season and, according to the Express, Manchester United and Spurs are watching a striker who scored against England during last week’s thrilling 5-3 triumph over Kosovo.
West Ham are interested too, according to Sabah.
But Muriqi was overshadowed by Papiss Cisse during Fenerbahce’s Super Lig clash against Alanyasspor. The former Newcastle United number nine scored twice while Muriqi drew a rare blank in front of goal.

Though Cisse did not miss the opportunity to pay tribute to his opposite number after the game, sharing a post on his official Instagram account saying that Fenerbahce’s number 94 is worth 100 million euros (or £88 million) in today’s market.

Considering that Fener paid just £3.1 million to sign their highly-rated goalscorer this summer, an £85 million profit would make Muriqi one of the most inspired signings in the club’s recent history.
And it feels unlikely that a natural-born goalscorer who has been compared to Bayern Munich talisman Robert Lewandowski by team-mate Max Kruse (Aksam) will be staying in Turkey for much longer.
