Lamela just doesn’t get enough praise. If we had no kane or son he’s not good enough to win us games but as a squad player he’s perfect— lets talk thfc (@letstalkthfc) September 14, 2019
How Lamela has lasted this whole game I’ll never know.— Jaydn (@ThfcJaydn) September 14, 2019
Enjoyed that. Tails up, swarming the opposition, felt like Spurs at WHL of a few years ago. Sonny and Lamela really good today. Walk in the park for the rest. #THFC— Nick Cowan (@nicktheyid61) September 14, 2019
Finally a well played PL performance! Some lovely lovely football at times. First time in ages we looked like ourselves today. Lamela and Eriksen brilliant at times. Aurier a massive boost. Games coming tick and fast and we’ll see more of Dele, Moura & Ndombele.— Øystein Haugen_THFC (@4jackdaniels) September 14, 2019
We looked so good in that 1st half. 2nd half had its moments, but it was mostly a training session.— Styles T (@MeCrazyMatt) September 14, 2019
Was a bit upset about seeing Serge and Lamela over KWP and Dele, but they were fantastic today.
Great service from Serge and Lamela was everywhere.#COYS #THFC
Lamela is a very good and creative player, but the Argentine does need to be more consistent and must be more involved in games.
The former AS Roma star is hugely talented, but he does not always show it, and he has to do more and maintain a high level of performance week in week out.
