The Rams man, previously criticised by sections of the Pride Park fanbase, came off the bench against the Bluebirds.

Derby County winger Florian Jozefzoon has taken to Twitter with a message for the Rams base following Friday night’s 1-1 Championship draw with Cardiff City at Pride Park.
The 28-year-old came off the bench in the 80th minute, replacing Duane Holmes, as Phillip Cocu’s charges went on to share the spoils against the Bluebirds in the East Midlands.
Scott Malone had opened the scoring against his former club on six minutes, scrambling the ball home from close range after a lively start in which Jack Marriott and Martyn Waghorn had chances cleared.
However, Robert Glatzel struck his first goal for Cardiff in the 19th minute, stepping up to the penalty spot after Richard Keogh brought him down in the box and making no mistake from 12 yards.
Jozefzoon has come under criticism at times from sections of the Derby fanbase but his heartfelt message on Twitter prompted a positive reaction from supporters, who praised his cameo on the night and urged him to keep his head up.
Jozefzoon joined Derby from Brentford last summer for a reported £2.8million fee (Transfermarkt) and has made 39 Rams appearances to date.
