Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the club’s announcement on the injury suffered by Davinson Sanchez.
The 23-year-old central defender is doubtful for Tottenham’s Premier League game against Crystal Palace at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Colombia international - who is valued at €70 million (£62.75m) by the CIES Football Observatory - has made four appearances in the Premier League for Spurs so far this season, according to WhoScored.
During the 2018-19 campaign, Sanchez made 22 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League and made seven starts and one substitute appearance in the Champions League, according to WhoScored.
Sanchez has played as a centre-back and as a right-back this season, and it will be interesting to see who plays as a right-back against Palace on Saturday.
