Have you ever wondered what goes on inside your own head? Well, Netflix and Vox have teamed up to try and answer just that.
The new five-part series in the Explained series is set to take you inside the mind, taking audiences through everything from memories and dreams to anxiety and mindfulness.
And to top it all off, the narrator is a rather familiar face, or should we say voice.

What is The Mind, Explained about?
Well, it does what it says on the tin.
The Mind, Explained is a five-part mini-series that endeavours to explain all about the inner-workings of the human mind.
Each 20-minute episode delves into a certain area ranging from memories and dreams to anxiety and mindfulness, as we've already mentioned.
Who is the narrator?
Ok, we won't beat around the bush any longer. The narrator in The Mind, Explained is non-other than Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone.
The 30-year-old actress has lent her voice to the series and her dulcet tones are the perfect companion as the series explores the various inner-workings of the mind.

Where do you know Emma Stone from?
Emma Stone is, without a doubt, one of the biggest names in Hollywood currently, something which has only grown since her Oscar win in 2017 for her stunning performance in La La Land.
She began her acting career way back in 2005 with an appearance in an episode of The New Partridge Family.
Following on from that, she appeared in a number of films and TV shows including the likes of Malcolm in the Middle, Superbad and the 2007 series Drive.
In 2009, she earned a role in cult comedy Zombieland and by 2012 she had been cast as Gwen Stacey in The Amazing Spider-Man films alongside Andrew Garfield.
By 2016, Stone was already a well-known figure in the industry but her Oscar-winning Performance in La La Land truly made her a household name.
In 2018, Stone linked up with Superbad colleague Jonah Hill in the Netflix Original Maniac.
She received another Oscar nomination in 2019 for her role in The Favourite but lost out to Regina King from If Beale Street Could Talk.
