The Toffees ace is back at Goodison Park following his role in both of Les Bleus' games over the international break.
The 26-year-old played both games for the world champions during the September international break, with a 10-minute cameo in the 4-1 win over Albania followed up by a 90-minute appearance in the 3-0 victory over Andorra (Transfermarkt).
Digne is a fan favourite at Goodison Park and the feeling is very much reciprocated as he returned to training with the Toffees ahead of their Premier League to Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium this Sunday and shared this photo and caption:
An £18million signing from Barcelona in the summer of 2018 (The Guardian), Digne has three assists in five games already for Everton this season and rifled a sensational free kick into the top corner against Lincoln City in the EFL Cup.
In his debut season, he was named the Club’s Player of the Season and was also awarded the Players’ Player of the Season accolade alongside midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye, the first time the award was shared (official website).
At present, Everton is a great place to be thanks to the One Club ethos which was also seen in the interaction between Marcel Brands and Moise Kean and his mother, as well as in Andre Gomes signing permanently for the Goodison Park outfit - and Digne showing his love for the club is yet more proof of it firmly in place.
