Troy Parrott and Ryan Sessegnon already worth millions for Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has some hugely exciting young talent breaking through at Hotspur Way.

In Ryan Sessegnon and Troy Parrott, Tottenham Hotspur have two players worth millions to them before they have even played a game.

Tottenham brought in Sessegnon from Fulham in the summer, and they must be delighted with the price that they got the youngster for.

Spurs paid just £20 million for Sessegnon (Metro), who had just a year left on his contract at Craven Cottage, and the profit they could make on that deal is huge.

Sessegnon is one of the most valuable English youngsters in the country, and if he had longer on his contract at Fulham they surely would have charged Spurs move.

If the 19-year-old hits the ground running at Tottenham, he could easily be worth over three times with Mauricio Pochettino’s side paid for him before the year is out.

Sessegnon ticks just about every box for a team looking to sign a modern-day football.

He is pacy, skilful and has a good end product in the final third - while he also can do the defensive side of the game well.

At 19, Tottenham have one of the best prospects in the country in their squad, and he is not the only exciting youngster in their ranks.

Parrott’s reputation is starting to build, after an impressive pre-season and international break recently.

Parrott hit three goals in his first two appearances for Ireland’s under-21 side over the past fortnight, and the 17-year-old is now really threatening the Tottenham first-team.

It is surely only a matter of time before Parrott makes his debut for Spurs now, and excitement is building about his potential.

Parrott has already done enough in Tottenham’s youth team and, most recently, on the international stage, to be worth millions.

But if he does prove he can cope in Tottenham’s first-team, then his value will soar to new heights.

And even though Tottenham will have no intention of selling Sessegnon or Parrott at any time in the near future, the pair are already hugely valuable assets to the North London side, even before they have played a game for the club.
