Moussa Sissoko has scored two goals for Tottenham Hotspur.

Moussa Sissoko has admitted that he is ‘jealous’ of Tanguy Ndombele scoring on his Tottenham Hotspur debut, something which he has been ‘trying’ to do for the past two seasons.
Tottenham secured the £54m signature of Ndombele in the summer when he arrived from Lyon [BBC Sport], as he made an instant impact and scored on his Premier League debut in August.
For some time now, the Spurs fans have been urging Sissoko on when he has been in the final third – he hasn’t scored for the club since their EFL Cup defeat to West Ham in 2017.
Nonetheless, speaking to Tottenham’s official Twitter account, Ndombele shared that he couldn’t really ‘savour the moment’ of scoring on his debut because of the situation his team found himself in at the time.
“How was it to score on your Premier League debut?” Sissoko asked Ndombele. “I’m jealous of you. I’ve been trying to score for some time but the moment hasn’t arrived yet.
“It was good,” Ndombele responded. “I was very happy I didn’t really have time to savour the moment because we were 1-0 down. But it was good to score in my first league match with my new team.”

Whilst Sissoko hasn’t been able to find the back of the net, it doesn’t mean that he has been short of being handed chances or creating chances for himself.
Whenever he has been in a reasonable goalscoring opportunity, he has for the most parts put the ball over the bar or just fluffed his chance.
But its something that is not part of his job description as he will be hoping to carry on the excellent form he produced for the club last season and continue it onto this campaign.
