Doncaster Rovers fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performances of Tottenham Hotspur-owned forward Kazaiah Sterling and Wolverhampton Wanderers-owned forward Niall Ennis against Rotherham United.
The 20-year-old Tottenham-owned striker started for Doncaster in their League One game against Rotherham at the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The former England Under-18 international did not have a good game and was often isolated up front, and he also gave away the foul which resulted in the free kick that Jake Hastie scored from for the visiting team.
Doncaster manager Darren Moore decided to take off Sterling at half time, and in his place, he introduced Ennis.
The 20-year-old changed the game, as he offered a physical presence, made some brilliant runs, teed up the equaliser for James Coppinger and won the penalty in the 88th minute which Ben Whiteman turned in.
Doncaster fans have praised Ennis for his performance against Rotherham, but they were not too pleased with the display produced by Sterling.

Gave the free kick away that led to the goal but a bit unfair on the lad. Had nothing really to feed on today. Big 2nd half needed lads— Thomas McGregor (@ThankTam) September 7, 2019
Changed the game when you came on great assist! Top player!— Ryan Buckley (@Rbuckleydrfc) September 7, 2019

Ennis was a game-changer today.— (@jezzerh) September 7, 2019
Great result I couldn't see coming at half time. Mistake made starting Taylor but can understand why we did. Halliday did well, James outstanding, Ennis the game changer. Last 30 minutes we were relentless. Hope none of the injuries are too bad #drfc #rufc— Gary Long (@Gazz_Long) September 7, 2019
Niall Ennis, on loan from wolves, will be playing in prem in a few years for sure— Ross Walshe (@drfc_ross) September 7, 2019
