Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has come back into Mauricio Pochettino’s side recently.

Eriksen has stayed at Tottenham, despite expressing his desire for a move elsewhere at the start of the season.
The playmaker has less than 12 months remaining on his deal at Tottenham, and even though Mauricio Pochettino’s side have offered him improved terms, he has decided against renewing his deal as things stand.
Inter now are keen to take Eriksen from Spurs, and it is said that they could look to sign him on loan in January.
Inter would be prepared to pay Spurs a loan fee, before then bringing Eriksen in on a permanent deal next summer.
Whether Daniel Levy will sanction such a move remains to be seen, but Spurs could be forced to accept a cut price for Eriksen now.
If the Dane won’t sign a new contract then Tottenham will lose him on a free at the end of the campaign, so January will be Pochettino’s side’s last chance to recoup any money for Eriksen.
If Eriksen does leave Tottenham it could be a big blow to the Lilywhites.

Eriksen has proven just how vital he is to Spurs already this season, after excellent performances against Aston Villa and, more recently, Arsenal.
It seems that Pochettino intends to use Eriksen regularly until he does depart, as the playmaker was brought back into Tottenham’s starting line-up for the North London derby at the weekend.
