The Rangers midfielder has found himself frozen out by Steven Gerrard at Ibrox.

Rangers are in talks with Graham Dorrans about paying up the remainder of his contract, according to The Daily Record.
Dorrans has less than nine months’ left on his Rangers deal, which he signed upon his £1 million arrival from Norwich City.
But he has only played 23 times in the colours of his boyhood club and has found himself frozen out by Steven Gerrard in the early stage of the season.
Reports last week claimed that Kilmarnock had ‘made contact’ with Rangers regarding a move for Dorrans, although Gerrard later insisted via the club’s official Youtube channel that his side had received not one call about the 32-year-old.
But Dorrans’ termination will allow him to finalise a permanent transfer to the Rugby Park side, according to The Daily Record.
Gerrard also revealed that Jason Holt, Eros Grezda and Joe Dodoo could all leave Rangers ahead of today’s 5pm transfer deadline.

Widespread reports claim that Rangers are trying to conclude a multi-million permanent deal for their former loan player Ryan Kent, and shedding Dorrans’ wages should aid their chances of offering an acceptable package to the Liverpool attacking midfielder.
