Leeds United host Swansea in a top-of-the-table Championship game today.

Bersant Celina has said that he’s relishing the ‘great atmosphere’ in this afternoon’s trip to Leeds United.

Elland Road plays host to a top-of-the-table Championship clash as first-placed United welcome Swansea City, who are second on goal difference.

Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds side have marginally been the better of both teams this season, scoring one less goal but also conceding two fewer than the South Welsh club.

And Celina, who himself was linked with a move to the Whites in 2017,[NRK] says that he and his team-mates should be confident of winning.

“It will be a tough game, there is always a great atmosphere away to Leeds, and with the noise our fans will make I am sure it will be the same again,” Celina, who cost £4 million last summer [MEN], told the Swans’ official website.

“They are a good team but we should definitely go there with confidence and show what we can do.”

In terms of atmosphere, few stadiums beat Leeds in that regard and today should be another example of this.

It might still be August, but it’s still a very big game for Bielsa’s side and one that could indicate as to whether they’re ready to right the wrongs of last season in terms of promotion.

Of course, victory won’t tell us if Leeds can go up this season, but it might just give an insight into whether their staying power has improved.
