Leeds United and West Ham United were both linked with Nemanja Radoja.

Last week, TEAMtalk claimed that Leeds United and West Ham United both wanted free agent midfielder Nemanja Radoja.
Radoja had been a star for Celta Vigo following a 2014 move from Vojvodina, but was frozen out of the team completely last season for rejecting a new contract.
His deal with Celta expired this summer, and he has been attempting to find a new club, but we can now safely suggest that the talk of Leeds or West Ham being in for Radoja smacked of an agent trying to get his client a club.
Cadena SER claimed last week that Levante wanted to secure the 26-year-old’s signature, but Financial Fair Play regulations were holding such a move up.
Levante did though manage to sign Radoja just a few days ago, handing him a three-year deal whilst ensuring that he’s now staying in Spanish football.
Radoja has now commented on his move, telling El Desmarque that he feels very good to have joined Levante, even claiming that his target with the club is European qualification this season, which may well have been part of the reason joining them was somewhat more appealing than Leeds.

Claiming Leeds and West Ham wanted Radoja may have just been a ploy to get Levante to speed up their move, as dropping names of two massive English clubs may have been enough for Levante to get moving.
No players have left the club, meaning Levante now need to chop some players from their squad in the coming days, but for now, Radoja will become a forgotten name to many Leeds and West Ham fans.
