Manchester United fans have suggested that Jesse Lingard should sign for Aston Villa.
Lingard has started in every one of United’s first three Premier League fixtures this season, but he has failed to impress.
There are now a number of United fans who think that Lingard is playing too far above his level, and they are suggesting he would fit in at Villa instead.

Even if Lingard was to move to Villa he may not actually get into Dean Smith’s side’s team.
Despite his reputation, Villa have some excellent midfield options.
It is very much up for debate whether Lingard would present a better pick for Villa than either John McGinn or Jack Grealish in their midfield.
Villa got their Premier League season up and running on Friday evening by beating Everton, while United lost to Crystal Palace.
