Chris Sutton has given his take on Rangers’ draw with Legia Warsaw on Thursday evening on Twitter.
Rangers played out a goalless draw with Legia Warsaw away from home in the first leg of their Europa League playoff tie.
The result means that Steven Gerrard’s side are now favourites to progress from the tie to the group stage of the Europa League.
Former Celtic striker Sutton believes that the goalless draw on the road is a good result for Rangers.
Ex-Rangers midfielder Alex Rae has also praised the Gers for the draw with Legia Warsaw in Poland.
Billy Dodds, who played for Rangers from 1999 to 2003, has warned Rangers against complacency.
Dodds told BBC Sport: “Legia pride themselves on clean sheets so if they can do that and counter-attack Rangers and get an away goal [at Ibrox] then there could be problems.
"I don't see it myself, as Rangers have better players and are a better team. But they aren't out of it.”

Europa League progress
Rangers will be disappointed that they could not score in the first leg in Poland, but the Gers are now favourites to progress to the group stage of the Europa League from the tie.
Ibrox is a fortress for Rangers, and in front of their own supporters, the Gers will be confident of getting the job done.
