Celtic are heavily linked with a move for the Norway international.

Vidar Riseth has admitted to The Glasgow Evening Times that he's surprised Celtic have a chance to sign Birger Meling.
The same publication reported this past weekend that the Hoops were close to getting the Rosenborg left-back.
Meling has 10 caps for his country and has been with Rosenborg with 2017.
And his compatriot Riseth, who spent two years at Celtic, has conceded that he's surprising Parkhead is even a possibility for a player who he believes is good enough for the Premier League.
He told The GET: "“He has been Rosenborg’s best player in the last two seasons. It isn’t just Celtic who are interested in Meling, many clubs are keeping an eye on him.
"He could end up at a top English or German club in future. To be honest, I am surprised that Celtic have a chance to sign him.”
Riseth touched on the possibility of other clubs being in the reckoning.
But despite suggesting that Meling might be too good for Celtic, the former defender says that the Bhoys' history of signing Norwegian players - like Stefan Johasen and Kristoffer Ajer - might give Neil Lennon the edge when it comes to pipping other sides to his signature.

He added: "Norwegian people like Celtic. Ajer is obviously there now and is doing well. Johansen has been there previously. They know Lustig did well there too. They just like the club for some reason.
“That is why Celtic have the best chance to beat the other clubs who are interested in signing Meling – because Norwegian football players know them and like them.”
