Naylor has been with West Brom for the past 19 years.
Here's how Villa fans reacted on Twitter:

Looks like we’re just poaching the entire West Brom youth setup after seeing their recent batch of young players got moves to Barcelona, City, Dortmund etc.— Jack (@Jack_2260) August 20, 2019

Naylor is the latest West Brom man who Aston Villa have poached to improve their academy at Bodymoor Heath.
In June, it was announced that the Premier League new boys had hired Mark Harrison as the club’s Academy Manager, with Harrison working at Albion for a decade.
It's been a summer of plenty of change on and off the field for Aston Villa.
On it, manager Dean Smith has added over £100 million worth of talent in recent months, but the newly-promoted outfit are yet to open their account in the top flight. Smith's side have lost their first two Premier League games, but will get a chance to put things right when Everton visit the West Midlands on Friday.
