Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe gives a pep talk to substitute Jordan Ibe during the Premier League match between AFC Bournemouth and Southampton FC at Vitality Stadium on October 20, 2018...

Neutral fans are mocking Jordon Ibe amid reports the Bournemouth winger could join Celtic on loan.

The Express claims Celtic are looking to tie up a temporary deal for Ibe, having been unprepared to meet Bournemouth's asking price.
