A number of Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to Twitter to praise Ruben Vinagre's display in Thursday night's 4-0 win over Pyunik at Molineux which powered Wolves into the Europa League playoff round.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side, leading 4-0 from the first leg in Armenia, had to wait to make the breakthrough on the night at Molineux but once it came, there was no stopping the Old Gold from another comprehensive victory.

Neto opened the scoring with his first goal for Wolves, tapping in from close range on 54 minutes after a low pass across the face of goal by Patrick Cutrone, before providing the assist for academy graduate Morgan Gibbs-White to claim his maiden competitive Wanderers strike four minutes later.

Vinagre, a constant danger going forward, made it three for Wolves with a close-range finish, the ball helped on by Cutrone after great work by Adama Traore, and the cherry on top came from substitute Diogo Jota with a superb overhead volley set up by Raul Jimenez's fine scooped chip.

Here is some of the Wanderers fan reaction about Vinagre, who is progressing superbly in the old gold, raising the prospect of just how much better he can get:

Vinagre joined Wolves, initially on loan, from French club AS Monaco in 2017, and the move was made permanent the following year for a fee reported by Transfermarkt as £2million.
