Tottenham Hotspur have numerous players who could still leave before the end of the month.
According to a report from the London Evening Standard, Mauricio Pochettino has assured his Tottenham squad that he will not make selection decisions based on their contract situations for the rest of this month.
Spurs have two players in particular who have been linked with an exit before the end of the month - Christian Eriksen and Toby Alderweireld.
Whilst Jan Vertonghen's omission against Aston Villa raised a few eyebrows.
All three Tottenham stars are out of contact next summer, and unless they sign new deals, they will be free to leave for nothing in 11 months time.
Danny Rose has also been linked with an exit, with the Sun reporting that PSG and Juventus are leading the race for his signature.
In spite of the uncertainty surrounding the players mentioned, the London Evening Standard claims that Pochettino has assured all of his players that he will select anyone who deserves to play, regardless of their current contract situations.
It will be interesting to see whether Pochettino brings Eriksen back into the team for Tottenham's clash with Manchester City tomorrow.
The Argentine left the Dane out against Villa, but he completely changed the game when he was brought on as a second half substitute.
Vertonghen will be hoping to earn a recall too.
And according to the Standard, Eriksen and the Belgium international have just as much chance of being selected as anyone else.
