Rangers have already been busy in the summer transfer window, but one more signing appears to be arriving in the coming hours.
The Gers have added two defenders in Filip Helander and George Edmundson, midfielders in Steven Davis and Joe Aribo, as well as four wingers with Jordan Jones, Jake Hastie, Sheyi Ojo, and Brandon Barker, and a versatile attacker in Greg Stewart.
Gerrard has an enviable midfield at his disposal already, as he already has Davis, Aribo, Glen Kamara, Ryan Jack and Greg Docherty available.
However, Gerrard is now set to bring one more midfielder to Ibrox, with The Herald reporting that Leicester City's Andy King is on the verge of joining the club.
King, 30, will join the Gers on loan for the season, bringing real experience and goalscoring ability to Gerrard's side once he arrives at Ibrox.
This of course means that Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers has sanctioned King's imminent move to Ibrox, just months after leaving 'boyhood club' Celtic.
Celtic fans aren't happy with that decision, as Rodgers is actively strengthening their main title rivals, and Chris Sutton doesn't seem too impressed either.
Whether seriously or sarcastically, Sutton took to Twitter to react to the King news by saying 'thanks Brendan', a shot at the former Bhoys boss as his Welsh international gets ready to join the blue side of Glasgow.
