Liverpool defender is happy with the club's new goalkeeper.
Goalkeeper Adrian has been thrust into the spotlight since joining Liverpool.
The former West Ham stopper joined as a back up for Alisson and has been called upon right away.
He came on in the first half of Liverpool's opener against Norwich after Alisson suffered a calf injury.
Defender Virgil van Dijk told Liverpool's official website he is impressed by the Reds' new signing.
He said he is encouraged by what he has seen from him early on, and was already well aware of the Spaniard's quality.
Adrian said: "He played for so many years in the Premier League and we could already see in training how good he can be.
"He needs our support – we all do it together, we defend together. We need him there, he needs us as well. He will definitely do the job."
Adrian is in line to start for Liverpool in the European Super Cup this weekend against Chelsea.
His club career has been bereft of honours so far, so this is a fantastic chance for Adrian to earn his first medal as a professional, at the never too late age of 32.
