Jak Alnwick at Rangers
Glasgow Rangers-owned goalkeeper Jak Alnwick has been praised by some fans of Blackpool on Twitter.
Alnwick joined Blackpool in League One in England on loan from Scottish Premiership club Rangers in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old former Newcastle United goalkeeper was in action for Simon Grayson’s side against Southend United away from home at the weekend.
The former England Under-18 international played well between the posts and gave a good account of himself, as the Seasiders won 3-1.
Alnwick has taken to Twitter to express his delight at the win for Blackpool, and some fans of the English club have responded positively to his message.

Disappointing Rangers spell
Alnwick joined Rangers in 2017 after impressing at Port Vale following his failure to establish himself in the Newcastle first team.
It was always going to be tough for the 26-year-old to make himself a regular for the Gers, and indeed, the goalkeeper has made only a handful of appearances for the first team.
Alnwick spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Scunthorpe United.
