Keys has also suggested on Twitter that Manchester United paid too much in transfer fees to Leicester City for defender Harry Maguire.

According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal are interested in singing Luiz from Premier League rivals Chelsea on summer transfer deadline day.

It has been reported that the Gunners have agreed a £7 million transfer fee with their London rivals over the transfer of 32-year-old Brazil international, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder.

Keys has praised Arsenal for reportedly agreeing to sign Luiz, and the former Sky Sports presenter seems to have suggested on Twitter that Maguire is not worth the £85m the United have reportedly paid for him.
