A good number of details about the event have been shared, and it all possibly hints at there being a Shiny Yanma.
There's a lot going on this August with the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Indianapolis fan event, and the Suicune Raid day for Pokémon Go (for which we now have a date). And, as if that all wasn't exciting enough, we now have a Safari Zone event to anticipate for next month.

Pokémon Go Montreal Safari Zone September 2019 dates and location
The Safari Zone event for Pokémon Go has just been announced, and it'll take place at the Parc Jean-Drapeau on Saint Hélène Island in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
As for the dates, the event will kick off on September 20 and culminate on September 22.
