Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have rather hijacked Harry Kane’s latest tweet, jokingly suggesting that he announces the arrival of Paulo Dybala.

The Daily Mail have claimed that Tottenham want to sign Dybala from Juventus, and the rumours have created huge excitement around White Hart Lane.

Indeed, even when Kane tried to post out a sensible message about Tottenham’s pre-season tour, there was only one thing on many Spurs fans’ minds.

Tottenham signed off from their Asia tour with a 2-1 defeat against Manchester United.

Kane played 45 minutes of the contest for Spurs, but failed to get on the scoresheet in what was a feisty encounter.

Tottenham will now return to England, as they step up their preparations for the new season even further.

Kane has looked very sharp throughout pre-season so far, and there are high hopes for what the England captain could do this term, after finally having a prolonged break from football.

Whether he will be partnered up-front with Dybala at White Hart Lane still remains to be seen.
