Former Everton target Malcom is reportedly available for just £37.6 million this summer but Toffees could face Dortmund battle for his signature.

According to a report from Goal, Spanish champions Barcelona are willing to offload Malcom for just £900k more than what they signed him for last summer.

The Brazilian played just 15 games in the league last season and is on the lookout for more game time elsewhere. The report reveals that German side Borussia Dortmund are in talks to sign Malcom this summer and Barcelona would sell him for a relatively cheap £37.6 million.

The Catalan giants snatched Malcom from the hands of AS Roma last summer in a controversial last-minute deal but he hasn't quite had the chance to showcase his skills at the Camp Nou. Dortmund would be a phenomenal destination for the 23-year-old but the temptation of the Premier League could sway him towards England.

Everton, who were reported by RMC Sport to have been preparing a £31 million for Malcom earlier this month, should reignite their interest in the Brazilian especially with the how cheap he will be compared to their other major target Wilfried Zaha

Zaha is expected to cost the Toffees well over £60 million this summer but with Malcom available for almost half of what Crystal Palace want for the Ivorian, Everton should have no second thoughts in rivalling Borussia Dortmund for the signing of Malcom this summer.

£37.6 million for a 22-year-old with massive potential to fulfil is a very reasonable amount for Everton in this transfer window and a full Brazilian attack of Bernard, Richarlison and Malcom could well be the boost that they need to nail down a top-seven finish next season.
