Rangers stopper Jak Alnwick has left Rangers on loan.

Rangers have allowed goalkeeper Jak Alnwick to leave on loan once again.

Alnwick spent last season out on loan, and once again he is not part of Steven Gerrard’s plans.

The Scottish Sun reported last night that Alnwick has signed with Blackpool for the season.

Alnwick sent a message out on Twitter explaining his delight at getting the move done.

Alwnick spent last season out on loan at Blackpool.

Rangers are well covered in goal, with Allan McGregor, Wes Foderingham and Andy Firth.

If Rangers had received substantial permanent offers for Alnwick this summer, its likely they would have taken them.

At Blackpool he joins striker Ryan Hardie, has just signed for the Tangerines from Rangers.
