Callum Nicell appears to be considering a move away from Leeds United this summer.

A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to react to the news that Callum Nicell has lined up for Leicester City's under-23s and is seemingly weighing up a move away from Elland Road this summer.
Nicell appeared to be one of the young players with a point to prove to Marcelo Bielsa ahead of his second campaign in charge of the Whites. He was an important player for the under-23s last term, and had previously been called into the first-team squad before Bielsa's arrival.
However, it appears that the midfielder may soon be on his way out of Leeds, if a move has not already been agreed. That is after he featured for the Foxes as they put out a young XI to take on Hednesford Town on Friday, and Nicell was one of those who started the game.
It was a surprise to many that Nicell was included in the Leicester side. As reported by the Yorkshire Evening Post, he has at least one year left on his contract with Leeds, having only put pen to paper on a new deal just last year.

And there has been a mixed reaction amongst the Leeds fans on social media. There are some who believe that Nicell was always going to struggle to force his way into Bielsa's plans given the amount of depth that the Whites have in the middle of the park.
However, there are also those who are extremely disappointed to see him potentially go. They feel that it is telling that an established Premier League side are showing interest, and believe that Leeds could regret letting him go if he is indeed heading for a permanent exit.

Here is how some of the supporters reacted to Nicell turning out for Leicester...
Always thought this kid was decent

Not every player can make the first team, why don’t our fans get that?

Nicell and Dalby will go on to forge good careers in the game, shame it’s not with us

Yep real pity I like Nicell a really tidy footballer who I think will go on to have a decent career, it’s just unfortunate for him he has Phillips McCalmont Jenkins & Kenneh all fighting for that same spot

I like Nicell and I’d have loaned him out tbh but Mccalmont over took him last season

I rated him highly when I have seen him. Would be disappointed to see him leave. #lufc #MOT

Leeds released both these players as surplus to our needs unfortunately. Nicell always looked very promising.
