Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is back, but who actually appears on the show?

Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee returns for its 11th season this month and it’s no surprise to see that a stellar line-up of guests has been brought on board.

The show has managed to entice some of the biggest names across comedy, Hollywood and even the President of the United States, Barack Obama, in for a candid chat over food and coffee.

But who will be joining Jerry Seinfeld in 2019’s season 11?

When is season 11 hitting our screens?

The 2019 season of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee hits Netflix on July 19th, 2019.

Jerry Seinfeld’s show sees him act as host as he and a fellow comedian, actor or even President, as we mentioned, simply just have a chat over coffee and quite often food.

The show has seen Seinfeld sit across from some of the biggest names in comedy and Hollywood and the 2019 season looks to be no different but who guest stars on the new season?

Eddie Murphy

The comedian and actor was made most famous for his roles in the Shrek series and as the dragon, Mushu, in Mulan. The Doctor Dolittle actor is among the headline guests who will appear in season 11.

Seth Rogen

Seth Rogan’s 2019 looks set to be busy with an appearance in Disney’s live-action remake of The Lion King among his busy schedule this year that also sees him in Long Shot and Zeroville.

Ricky Gervais

Star of the UK version of The Office, Ricky Gervais has had a quiet 2019 to date with an appearance in Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? being the comedian and actor’s biggest highlight of the year so far.

Matthew Broderick

The star of the much-loved Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and The Lion King as well as the ill-remembered 1998 Godzilla, Matthew Broderick has a packed 2019 including appearances in the films Wonder Park and Love is Blind as well as appearing on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Jamie Foxx

The star of Django: Unchained also joins the guest list of season 11. The actor has recently appeared in Edgar Wright’s Baby Driver and will make his feature film directing debut this year with All-Star Weekend which features the likes of Robert Downey Jr, Benicio del Toro and Gerard Butler.

Sebastian Maniscalco

Film fans may recognise Sebastian Maniscalco from the Oscar-winning Green Book from late 2018 which was his feature film acting debut. Maniscalco has made his name in stand-up and cites Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee host Jerry Seinfeld as one of his key inspirations.

Martin Short

Short’s career began back in the 1970s and he’s made a huge name for himself since. Martin Short has appeared in 23 episodes of long-running comedy show Saturday Night Live and his first appearance on the show came all the way back in 1984.

Mario Joyner

Joyner has had an active role in TV and comedy since the 1980s but the bonafide highlight of his entire career was the role of Jackson in 2007’s Bee Movie alongside Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee host Jerry Seinfeld.

Melissa Villaseñor

Villaseñor rose to fame in part thanks to America’s Got Talent where she appeared in the sixth season of the show. Villaseñor is probably known best for her hilarious impressions of notable celebrities but has recently had voice acting work on likes of Adventure Time, Wreck-It Ralph 2 and Toy Story 4.

Bridget Everett

Everett has had a long and extensive career in stand-up, TV and music. A career highlight has to be the song Pussy Grabs Back dedicated to a certain whispy-haired US politician.

Barry Marder

Barry Marder has been a long-time collaborator and friend to Jerry Seinfeld. He helped Seinfeld co-write 2007’s Bee Movie and has performed stand-up alongside Seinfeld for several years.

Season 11 of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is available on Netflix now.
