Everything you need to know about how to find and defeat one of the rarest Oddities, Werewolves, in Harry Potter Wizards Unite.
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite will soon have its very first community day, but before then players can conquer their fear of the dark to find and defeat Werewolves.
Yes, while Pokémon Go players are currently hunting down pesky puddles of goo, the Wizards Unite community can track down one of the rarest and scariest Oddities available if they're up to the challenge.
This is no doubt a difficult ordeal more terrifying than anything experienced in Sherlock Holmes And The Hounds of the Baskerville, but members of the Ministry of Magic will need to quickly work up the courage as these Werewolves won't be around for long.
How to quickly find and defeat werewolves in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite
As if you need a refresher on what exactly Werewolves are, they're cursed humans who turn into a mightily large wolf during a full moon.
They were first introduced to the Harry Potter movies in 2004 with the series' best and only fantastic instalment, Prisoner of Azkaban.
And, according to Reddit, a full moon is set to arrive tomorrow. This means the Wizards Unite community only has until July 18 to scour the streets in search of Werewolves until they return next month.
In order to find one of these ghastly beasts, you'll want to roam about non-landmark areas that aren't 99% likely to spawn XP fodder.
Werewolves will have a purple Trace above them that will make them far easier to notice, but you'll want to ensure that you're stocked up on spell energy and healing potions before hunting so you don't pointlessly venture out into the cold between 20:00 and 08:00.
Thanks to being terrifying beasts that are still enraged by the misrepresentation of their species in the god-awful Twilight movies, the Werewolves will also put up more than a simple kerfuffle.
To easily defeat these rare Oddities, you'll want to swipe in the direction required to defend against its attack, and you'll want to click here to learn a super easy cheat for consistently performing Masterful Spells.
In addition, you'll also want to be roided-out with potions, for which you can find every Master Note by clicking here.
As for other other Harry Potter: Wizards Unite news, here's why you should be excited about its upcoming community day.
