Good decision?
Gallagher had been on the books of Southampton since 2012, but the youngster had struggled to establish himself in the Saints’ first team.
The 23-year-old had loan spells at Milton Keynes Dons, Blackburn and Birmingham City since 2015, and it made sense for the striker to leave the St. Mary’s Stadium on a permanent contract.
