Tammy Abraham has wished Aston Villa's new signing Ezri Konsa 'good luck' on Instagram after he made a switch from the Championship to the Premier League on Thursday.
The highly-rated Brentford defender has become Dean Smith's seventh signing of the summer, with Villa paying £12 million for his services, as reported by BBC Sport.
Added with that, he is the fourth defensive-minded player to join the newly-promoted side after Tyrone Mings, Kortney Hause and Matt Targett.
Villa earned promotion to the Premier League in May via the play-offs and it seems there is no stopping them in trying to prepare in the best possible way for their return to the big time.
Nonetheless, here is Chelsea's Abraham sending a simple message to Konsa via his personal Instagram account:
Abraham, who struck 26 goals in a Villa shirt last term, was a pivotal part in Smith having such success over a small period of time at the club.
His constant goal threat was invaluable to Villa and there's no doubt that the supporters would love to see the 21-year-old back in a Claret & Blue shirt again.
But he has returned to his parent club of Chelsea, where under their current transfer embargo, he will want to make his mark at the London club, with Frank Lampard now in charge at Stamford Bridge.
