Glasgow Rangers will take a 4-0 lead back to Ibrox ahead of the second-leg of their Europa League tie.

Plenty of Rangers fans are optimistic that Steven Gerrard has completed a transfer masterstroke after watching Joe Aribo make his competitive debut for the Gers in the first-leg of their Europa League qualifying tie against St Joseph’s.
The Scottish Premiership side were always going to be heavy favourites for the clash in Gibraltar on Tuesday. But Gerrard may have been keen to remind his side of the dangers of taking their opponents lightly after Lincoln Red Imps pulled off an incredible shock against a certain opposition on the same ground three years ago.
However, after a goalless first-half, Rangers managed to race through the gears after the break to take a 4-0 lead into the second-leg at Ibrox. Ryan Jack, Sheyi Ojo, Borna Barisic and Alfredo Morelos got the goals.
The second-half also saw Gerrard introduce Aribo into the game for his debut for the Gers. The former Charlton man got just under half an hour to impress – and judging by the reaction from the fans, he certainly did that.

The 22-year-old looked exciting whenever he got on the ball, and produced an outrageous piece of skill at one stage that led to comparisons with Zinedine Zidane.
While the standard of opposition is set to improve over the coming weeks, Rangers fans are confident that they have a serious player on their hands and believe that he is going to prove to be a fantastic signing – particularly after arriving as a free agent. One supporter even suggested that he evoked memories of Yaya Toure.
