Marco Asensio might just blow up into a superstar at Liverpool if Klopp manages to sign him

Liverpool have been linked with a move for the Real Madrid ace.

According to Spanish media outlet El Desmarque, Liverpool are going all out to sign Real Madrid ace Marco Asensio this summer, and what an unbelievable addition he could be for the Reds.

El Desmarque claims that Liverpool could be prepared to pay up to €75 million (£68 million) for the Spaniard.

The 23-year-old has struggled for game-time at Madrid in recent years, but his talent is undeniable, and he could very well blow up into a superstar at Anfield under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp.

Asensio possesses blistering pace, and he can play anywhere along the front-line. He also has the ability to drop deep and link up play between midfield and attack - something that would provide Liverpool with an entirely different option next season.

 

Klopp is well known for getting the best out of his players, and the Spain international would surely thrive under the German.

The Madrid ace has wonderful technique, and he would offer real competition for Liverpool's current front three.

He his also vastly experienced, despite his tenders years, having already won two Champions Leagues with the Spanish giants.

Asensio is at an age now here he needs to be playing regularly, and if he is given that chance, he will surely go om to fulfil his potential.

His arrival at Liverpool would provide Klopp with the option of playing a 4-2-3-1, moving Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane more central.

And if he does make the move from Madrid to Merseyside this summer, it might just turn out to be the perfect move for both the player himself and Liverpool.

The Spaniard could become a true superstar at Anfield.
