Manchester United reportedly want to sign Harry Maguire from Leicester City in the summer transfer window.

Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to suggest that Leicester City should keep hold of reported Manchester United target and central defender Harry Maguire.

The former Leicester striker Lineker has suggested that if Leicester keep hold of Maguire for the 2019-20 campaign, then the Foxes will have a chance of breaking into the top six of the Premier League.

According to Goal.com, Premier League giants United are interested in signing the 26-year-old centre-back in the summer transfer window.

Keeping Harry Maguire

Maguire is one of the best central defenders in the Premier League, and the 26-year-old England international can still further improve.

Leicester are an established and ambitious club in the Premier League, and the Foxes will be aiming to challenge for the top six next season.

United, though, are one of the biggest clubs in the world, and one can understand the temptation to leave the Foxes for the Red Devils.

According to WhoScored, Maguire made 31 appearances in the Premier League for Leicester last season, scoring three goals in the process.
