Liverpool have been touted to sign Fulham’s wonderkid Harvey Elliott this summer.

Liverpool supporters on Twitter are excited at the prospect at them signing Fulham’s wonderkid Harvey Elliott, with a number of clubs keen on his services.

The Standard have claimed that Elliott could be on his way to Liverpool, with the likes of Spanish duo Real Madrid and Barcelona, plus German outfit RB Leipzig also keen to sign him up.

Despite Fulham’s relegation to the Championship last season, Elliott wrote his name into the record books when he became the youngster ever footballer to play in the Premier League at the age of 16 years and 30 days.

Added with his record-breaking feat last season, Fulham boast one of the best academies in England, so it’s not much of a surprise that so many teams are circulating around this highly-rated teenage talent.

A move to a club like Liverpool would be a good decision by the youngster, but if he can add a loan option back to Fulham in some part of the deal then that would be even better.

There’s no chance he will get anywhere near Liverpool’s squad, at this moment in time, but with Klopp’s guidance, he can reach the Anfield heights one day.

Trent Alexander-Arnold’s recent rise is proof that Elliott can succeed at Liverpool and under Klopp, but he needs games under his belt and the Championship is a great place for a youngster to prove his worth.

It remains to be seen what happens with Elliott’s future, but Liverpool supporters are pretty excited that they could be signing such a quality youngster.
