Leeds United have started to become very active in the transfer window this week.
Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford must be delighted with the way that Marcelo Bielsa’s side’s summer is shaping up.
Bamford endured a difficult first season at Leeds last term, when he didn’t really find a groove.
Injury affected Bamford badly, and Leeds fans never saw the best of the striker that they signed for £7 million (Sky Sports) last year.
Bamford is now under pressure to perform in his second season at Leeds, and he should have no worries about the service he’ll be getting now.
Leeds have worked hard to strengthen their squad over the summer, and the addition of Helder Costa is particularly eye catching.
Victor Orta has also worked hard to bring back Jack Harrison, who could be a threat if he continues to develop at Leeds, and Jack Clarke has stayed around.
With Pablo Hernandez sticking with Leeds, the Whites now have one of the most creative attacking forces in the division.
Costa are Clarke are both excellent dribblers with the ball, Hernandez is a wonderful playmaker, and Harrison is an accurate crosser.
And Bamford must be itching to get going, as the service he gets up-front at Leeds should be very strong.
