Liverpool have officially sold Danny Ings to Southampton.

Liverpool fans are raving about the deal to sell Danny Ings.
The English striker has left Liverpool on a permanent basis to join Southampton and, according to The Daily Mail, the Reds will get £20 million overall.
Ings spent the 2018-19 campaign on the South Coast and scored seven Premier League goals in 23 starts.
The 26-year-old cost the Anfield club a tribunal fee of around £6.5 million in 2015 and considering he wasn’t a big success on Merseyside, it’s a great deal to make three times that amount back on him.
Here’s how Liverpool fans reacted to the deal:
Liverpool supporters are right to be delighted because this is indeed a cracking bit of business by Director of Football Michael Edwards.
He might be eclipsing Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy as the savviest negotiator in town, and what an asset he has been to the Reds in recent years.
Even better, this initial £18 million deal will add to Edwards’s and Jurgen Klopp’s arsenal. The European champions haven’t signed anybody as of yet, and there isn’t much necessity given their success last season, but the Ings money might help facilitate the transfer of someone.
