Everton are expected to be busy in the transfer market this summer.

Everton seem to have laid the foundations needed to achieve something very special next season.

Marco Silva has built an impressive squad at Goodison Park, and it only seems to be getting better.

The Toffees sealed the permanent capture of Andre Gomes from Barcelona last week, and it seems as though Silva’s business is far from finished.

According to Goal, Everton are pursuing a deal to sign Kurt Zouma on a permanent basis for around £30 million.

The Frenchman was superb for Silva’s side during a loan spell at Goodison Park last season, and bringing him back to Merseyside from Chelsea permanently will be crucial for Everton.

Another player on the Toffees’ radar is Juventus wonderkid Moise Kean, according to Calcio Mercato, whilst Silva is also allegedly interested in bringing Thomas Meunier to Goodison (The Daily Mail).

Gomes has already massively strengthened Everton’s midfield, and the other three players mentioned would really improve Silva’s side in three separate positions that are in need of attention.

The Blues should really be targeting a top six finish next season, and with Gomes, Zouma, Meunier and Kean, they will have every chance of doing just that.

All four players really are elite performances, and aside from Kean, they are already vastly experienced and established in playing at the very highest level.

And the fact that none of the players linked with Everton are valued at more than £30 million would make it even more of an impressive summer, should Silva succeed in bringing all of them to Goodison.
