Tottenham Hotspur may well be in for a playmaker signing this summer, given questions about Christian Eriksen's future with the club.
A whole host of names have been linked with the club, and whilst Real Betis ace Giovani Lo Celso appears to be a prime target, Dani Ceballos is another name linked.
El Desmarque recently claimed that Tottenham are in pole position to sign Ceballos, and would be willing to pay up to €50million (£44million) to sign him.
The 22-year-old has struggled for first-team football with Real since joining from Betis in 2017, and it now seems likely that he'll be sold this summer.
Some Spurs fans aren't convinced about Ceballos, but he has starred at the Under-21 European Championships with Spain this summer.
As noted by WhoScored, Ceballos has racked up the most shots (13), most key passes (10) and successful dribbles (13) at the tournament, and that has come in just three games.

Having been forgotten at Real Madrid, Ceballos has made himself impossible to ignore this summer, and he's done it all in front of a Tottenham talent spotter.
The image provided by TrScouts shows a list of all clubs with scouting accreditation for the tournament, and Tottenham's Ian Broomfield is on the list.
Seemingly more of a consultant now after quitting the club in 2016 (Sky), Broomfield will have surely seen Ceballos in blistering form for his country's Under-21's – and that will surely aid Ceballos's chances of joining Spurs this summer.
